We are delighted to report that five members of Railcare staff have successfully completed a "Customer Care Training Course" run by the Milton Keynes Chamber.
The course concentrated on two areas:
- "Front Line Customer Care"
- Highlighting the importance of the first point of contact that an external customer has with an organisation and the necessity and benefits of a professional approach when dealing with customers, both face-to-face and on the telephone.
- "Being the Best"
- Customer expectations are growing ever faster and to meet these demands, staff who deal with customers need to be motivated to want to help and deliver a service that meets and exceeds customer expectations. This achieves both customer and job satisfaction.
