New Lean Projects
RailCare Springburn are continuing with our successful Lean Projects' program, to date, over 50 of our Springburn Team have been involved in the identification and delivery of lean projects.The latest project, 'Maximising Efficiency in our Spray Bake Facility' has begun with a team selected from various disciplines throughout the business. The project was launched in October 2009 and hopes to deliver its presentation by February 2010. These Lean Exercises are a joint venture between RailCare and Scottish Enterprise, managed by Accelerate Ltd - aimed at improving business processes throughout the company. This is further evidence of our commitment to Business Excellence... Further lean projects are being identified and rolled out as part of our C.I.P initiatives.
