Liam Boddy one of Railcare's second year apprentices has been awarded a £100 voucher by Managing Director, Rob Baxter in recognition of a presentation Liam recently gave at the Regional Employment and Skills Workshop in Slough.

The event was widely attended and was opened and closed by Jonathan Shaw MP, who made special reference to Laim's presentation and praised Railcare's approach to recruiting, training and developing apprentices.

Liam gave a clear and personal insight into his decision to take up an apprenticeship, his experiences and his future aspirations.
