EDGE Project
Railcare are delighted to be a participant in Scottish Enterprise’s EDGE project for 2009. EDGE brings together pupils from Glasgow, Lanarkshire and Dunbartonshire High Schools and undergraduate students from the USA, Canada, Poland, Hong Kong and three Scottish Universities. Working with a company sponsor, the Students undertake a project key to the company’s success, while gaining vital experience in the world of work and enterprise. Railcare Springburn Managing Director Steve McConnon commented, “Railcare are delighted to support Scottish Enterprise and the EDGE Initiative. We have identified an interesting project for our team and look forward to working with them over the coming 6 weeks”.
