Our wheelset and bogie overhaul capability is supported by experienced engineers at both Wolverton and Springburn.

• Our facilities incorporate new bogie tracks to allow for overhauling, shot-blasting, crack detection, repair, rebuild and repainting of bogie frames. 
• We undertake thorough NDT and reliability testing to ensure that all bogies and wheelsets are safe and compliant with industry standards. Early fatigue or crack identification can also significantly minimise unplanned work and vehicle downtime.
• Specialist tooling enables us to re-tyre and re-profile wheels for all types of rolling stock.
